This page explains what this website collects, what it never does, and where client documents live. No dark patterns, no surprises.
What this website is
This is a static website: it has no accounts, no logins and no tracking. It does not run analytics, does not set advertising cookies, and does not follow you around the internet. The site itself sends nothing anywhere. One honest exception: pages load their typeface (Plus Jakarta Sans) from Google Fonts, so your browser fetches the font files from Google's servers as the page loads.
What we collect through the contact form
When you send the contact form, we receive what you typed: your name, a way to reach you (phone or email), which service you asked about, and your message. We also record your agreement to be contacted about your enquiry.
We use this information for one purpose only: to reply to you about your enquiry. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list. If we did not reply to you meaningfully, we would have no reason to keep it — you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, and are visible to us so we can reply. Save important matters for the record; if you would rather not use WhatsApp, the form does the same job.
Where client documents live
When you become a client, your documents are stored in cloud.indicus, in a secure storage room that belongs to you and whose access rules you control. This website itself never stores documents; it is a brochure, not a filing cabinet.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your information.
- We never track your browsing on this site or anywhere else.
- We never add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
- We never place your deal documents anywhere but your own room.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries are kept only as long as they serve their purpose — handling your enquiry and any follow-on work. Ask us to delete your information and we will do so, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
Changes to this promise
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so plainly at the top rather than quietly editing it.
