What exactly counts as a "deal"?
One transaction scope, per month: one acquisition, one fundraising round, one diligence process, one tender response. If a second deal starts under the same roof, it simply gets its own room and its own plan.
Which of the two plans should I choose?
If your team already has the documents under control and just needs a proper, secure home — the storage room is enough. If you would rather hand the gathering, indexing and organising to someone who does it all day — take the room with the concierge.
Are the prices inclusive of tax?
No — both plans are exclusive of GST.
