Aevitas Consultancy · Eligibility & fit
Is this for you?
We would rather lose a conversation than mis-fit an engagement. Here is honestly who the consultancy is for — and who it is not.
A strong fit
You will fit if…
- You own or lead a small or medium Indian company with real operations and real ambition.
- You are thinking about going public — or raising growth capital — in the next few years, and want to prepare properly.
- You want an honest readiness picture before you commit money and attention to the process.
- You value plain language over jargon, and truth over comfort.
- You want one coordinator across the advisers who each see only their slice of the journey.
Not a fit — yet
We are not for you if…
- You are seeking a guaranteed listing. No honest adviser can promise outcomes, and we will not pretend otherwise.
- You want someone to perform regulated filing work that belongs to licensed intermediaries — we coordinate it, they perform it.
- You need a quick fix or an immediate deal, not preparation.
- You are looking for published prices first. Our first step is a free clarity call; fees follow a written scope.
Working together
Your advisers stay. We make the team whole.
An IPO journey needs chartered accountants, company secretaries, lawyers and, eventually, a merchant banker — several of them licensed to do work no adviser may do for them. We do not replace them.
What we do is see the whole board: we help you pick your moment, choose your professionals well, keep everyone coordinated, and make sure the pieces arrive in the right order.
A note on regulation
Public-listing activity in India is regulated by SEBI. Our role is advisory and preparatory; regulated roles stay with regulated entities. It is one more reason our copy — and our promises — stay factual.
